Reservations Policy

Guarantee Policy:

A deposit in the amount of 2 nights room and tax will be taken at the time of reservation, for one night stays this deposit will be for that night's room and tax.

Cancellation Policy:

Standard Cancellation Policy:
For arrivals between December 15th and April 30th, cancellations must be received 14 days prior to arrival. From May 1st - December 14th, cancellations must be received 3 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of deposit. Cancellation policy for groups is per the contract.

Terms & Conditions:

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the rates or details of the reservation contains or resulted from a mistake or error. Advance reservations for Dining, Spa and Golf must be made directly with each outlet after confirming your Room Package Reservation. All packages exclude taxes, resort fee and gratuities.

The Longboat Key Club & Resort is a non-smoking Resort. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.

Check-in: 4pm - For your security, a photo ID is required upon check-in to verify your reservation.

Check-out: 11am

Pet policy - Pets are not allowed at the resort.

Rollaway Beds are available upon request at $30 USD per day

Rates are subject to change.


All reservations are subject to a $24 daily resort fee on guest rooms, junior suites, and one bedroom suites; and a $36 daily resort fee on two bedroom suites. Group resort fee is per the group contract. The daily resort fee entitles you to:

  • Bicycles
  • Unlimited local and toll-free calls
  • On-property transportation
  • Scheduled shuttle service to St. Armands Circle, Publix, and CVS Pharmacy
  • Beach chair use
    • Four chairs per two bedroom suite
    • Two chairs for all other suites
    • Additional charges apply for umbrellas, cabanas, or other equipment on beach
  • Poolside loungers and umbrellas
  • Towels and chair covers
  • Concierge and bellman services
  • Notary services
  • Daily newspaper available in lobby
  • Access to business center
  • Library usage of books and media
  • Nightly turndown service upon request
  • In-room coffee

100% of the resort fee is used to support these services. No portion of the resort fee constitutes a gratuity, and no portion goes to any resort associate.

The Resort's Pet Policy

The Resort at Longboat Key Club does not allow pets, but we would be more than happy to find nearby accommodations for your furry friends. Just call us at 888.237.5545 or locally at 941.383.8821 and we will gladly make arrangements to coincide with your stay at our Gulf Coast luxury resort.
