Fresh Farm-To-Table Cuisine at Sarasota's Tavern & Whiskey Bar

The Tavern is committed to creating an authentic "Farm to Table" dining experience that changes with the seasons. Here, our talented chefs showcase the Gulf Coast's freshest locally grown produce and dairy products along with Florida-raised meats, and native seafood from our celebrated waters.

The Tavern's chefs work with numerous Florida growers, farms, ranches, fishermen and producers in addition to the gardens that reside at our own eco-friendly Sarasota resort. The Tavern also features a pantry of unique house-made craft specialties and condiments from seasonal pickles and Alegar Mustard to our House Cured and Smoked Sausages, in addition to the exceptional collection of spirits found in our Whiskey Bar.

Lunch Daily - 11am to 2:30pm

Dinner - Tuesday through Saturday - 5pm to 9pm

Sunday Roast - Every Sunday - 5pm to 9pm (Beginning November 20, 2016)

Burger Bonanza - Every Monday - 5pm to 9pm (Beginning November 21, 2016)  

Window Service - Daily - until 3 pm
