Spa Etiquette

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow yourself time to change and relax. As a courtesy to all spa guests, appointments will begin and end as scheduled. Guests who arrive late will experience shorter treatments. If you are unable to make the scheduled time of your service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Any treatments cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled treatment time will be charged at full cost.

For your convenience, an 18% gratuity will be added to your service. If you feel your therapist has exceeded your expectations, you may include an additional gratuity at your own discretion. Please note gratuity is subject to change without notice.

For your relaxation and comfort, The Spa is a cell phone-free zone. Please do not bring jewelry and valuables to the spa as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. The Spa also offers limited treatments for children; however, guests ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult in the nail room and guests ages 18 and under must have an adult present in the treatment room for massages and facials.
