Golf is more fun when played well. That’s the feeling at the Longboat Key Club Golf Instructional Program. Our experienced professional instructors will show you how to maximize your potential for greater enjoyment of every round you play.

Our instructional experts will properly evaluate and guide you through your next equipment purchase. Our instructors are certified in Callaway, Cobra, Nike, TaylorMade and Titleist. We also offer club re-gripping and limited club repair services.

Instructional Golf Programs

Full-Day Instructional Program

Improve your game with this five-hour intense instructional program conducted by one of our PGA certified golf instructors. This program includes an evaluation of the game's basic fundamentals and how they relate to your game. Your day will include instruction in bunker play, pitching, chipping, putting and the full swing. You will have lunch with your instructor followed by a personal playing lesson. Your day will conclude with a recap session.

Half-Day Instructional Program

Improve and benefit from this three-hour instructional program conducted by one of our PGA certified golf instructors. The program will evaluate your game's basics: grip, aim, stance, posture and balance. This program is designed to help you improve your game and understand how the game's basic fundamentals play such a major role. You will be evaluated in each area: bunker play, pitching, chipping, putting and the full swing.

Longboat Key Club Instructional Golf programs can be tailored to your needs. Our instructors offer programs involving private individual lessons, semi-private lessons, playing lessons and clinics. For those who are looking for the next generation in equipment, our instructors are certified club fitters in today’s major brands, including Titleist, Cobra, Nike, TaylorMade and Callaway.
