Reservation Policies for The Resort at Longboat Key Club
A deposit in the amount of 2 nights room and tax will be taken at the time of reservation, for one night stays this deposit will be for that night's room and tax.
For arrivals between December 15th and April 30th cancellations must be received 14 days prior to arrival, from May 1st - December 14th cancellations must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of deposit. Cancellation policy for groups is per the contract.
Terms & Conditions:
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the rates or details of the reservation contains or resulted from a mistake or error. Advance reservations for Dining, Spa and Golf must be made directly with each outlet after confirming your Room Package Reservation. All packages exclude taxes, resort fee and gratuities.
The Longboat Key Club & Resort is a non-smoking Resort. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
Check-in: 4pm - For your security, a photo ID is required upon check-in to verify your reservation.
Family plan - Children 16 and younger stay for free when accompanied by an adult.
Pet policy - Pets are not allowed at the resort.
Rollaway Beds are available upon request at $30 USD per day

All reservations subject to a $24 per day Resort Fee ($36 on all two bedroom suites). Group Resort Fee is per the group contract. The daily resort fee entitles you to:
100% of the resort fee is used to support these services. No portion of the resort fee constitutes a gratuity, and no portion goes to any resort associate.
