Bellman Assistance
Bellman assistance is available to you and can be arranged to aid you with your arrival or departure. Our friendly staff will assist you with getting your belongings to your unit, informing you about general resort information, and answering any questions you may have about our general area. Concierge
Our experienced concierge staff can help to make your stay flawless by helping you to arrange outings, transportation, and even arranging for groceries to be delivered to your unit prior to your arrival. Housekeeping
Housekeeping Services may be arranged for the duration of your stay based on your preferences. Many of our guests arrange for weekly maid service prior to their arrival. To arrange maid services please call (941) 387-1620. Please find below a description of the 2 types of services available.

- Clean bathrooms, including floors
- Clean kitchen counter space, sweep/mop floor and run dishwasher
- Vacuum entire unit
- Remove trash

- Clean bathrooms, including floors
- Clean kitchen counter space, sweep/mop floor and run dishwasher
- Change all bed linens and launder towels and linens. We are not able to launder personal items.
- Dust furniture, pictures, etc.
- Vacuum entire unit
- Clean patio
- Remove trash
Kids Klub
Sometimes, even the kids need a break. Our terrific Kids Klub Program provides activities and supervision parents will appreciate as much as their children. The program is offered every Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm. The cost is $50 per day, which includes lunch and admission to local area attractions.

Kids Klub is available to children 5-12 years of age only. Due to a limited class size, registration is requested in advance by calling the Concierge desk at (941) 387-1614 or at extension 1110 while on property.
The health, safety and enjoyment of your children is our first consideration. Each member of our staff is skilled in first aid, CPR and the use of an AED. All members of our Kids Klub staff have passed through background checks.
Babysitting services can also be arranged.

You will find Longboat Key Vacation Rentals on beautiful Longboat Key, a sun-drenched barrier island stretching 12 miles between the Gulf of Mexico and Sarasota Bay. Located just minutes from the city of Sarasota and only a bridge away from exclusive St. Armands Circle Longboay Key offers all the recreational activities, tasteful luxuries and quiet pleasures you can imagine.

From The North or South
- Take I-75 to Fruitville Road (exit 210).
- Go west to N. Tamiami Trail (U.S. 41).
- Turn left and proceed 3/10 mile to Gulf Stream Ave. (first traffic light)
- Turn right onto Gulf Stream Ave. (SR 789) and cross bridges to St. Armand's Circle.
- Turn right and proceed 1/4 of the way around the Circle to North Boulevard of Presidents.
- Bear right (north) 1-1/2 miles over the drawbridge to Longboat Key.
- Take the first left after the bridge into Longboat Key Club.
- Take the first left (before the Guard Gate) and our offices will be located immediately on your left.
If traveling on U.S. 41 from the North or South
- Take U.S. 41 to Gulf Stream Ave., turn west, and follow Steps 4-7 below.
From Tampa International Airport
St. Petersburg area over the Skyway Bridge
- Take I-275 South to I-75 South to Fruitville Road (exit 210).
- Follow driving directions above.
Driving time: approximately 1.5 hours
From the Sarasota Airport
- Exit the Airport and go west on University Parkway to U.S. 41 (Tamiami Trail).
- Left on U.S. 41 approximately 6 miles to Gulf Stream Avenue.
- Right on Gulf Stream Avenue across bridge and causeway to St. Armand's Circle.
- Turn right and proceed 1/4 of the way around the Circle to North Boulevard of Presidents (follow sign to Longboat Key).
- Turn right (north) 1-1/2 miles over the drawbridge to Longboat Key.
- Take the first left after the bridge into Longboat Key Club.
- Take the first left (before the Guard Gate) and our offices will be located immediately on your left.
Driving time: 15-20 minutes
Taxi fare is $15-$20 each way.
Personal Assistance Line (PAL)
No matter the time, or the issue, our personal assistance line is there to assist you throughout your stay. Just call our PAL line and an agent will record your request/issue
and communicate your needs to the appropriate person. Our PAL agent can assist you when you need to speak to a manager on duty, when you need to report a
maintenance issue, or anything else you may require. Somebody is always available around the clock. To reach the Personal Assistance Line, please dial
