A native New Yorker, Cloe started her hospitality career on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. It was there as a restaurant manager at a neighborhood pasta joint where she found her niche in the food service industry. Soon after, Cloe sought a position as Special Events Manager with renowned, celebrity Chef, Charlie Palmer. It was at the premier opening of Chef Palmer’s destination hot spot, Metrazur, located in the heart of the city in Grand Central Terminal where Cloe truly found her calling. As the Special Events Manager, Cloe organized, detailed and executed large corporate events for clients such as FOX Television, Societe General, Arthur Andersen, Conde Nast Publications, Bear Stearns, Philip Morris and Meredith to name a few. In addition, Cloe developed strong marketing and promotional strategies to increase the restaurant’s social event business leading Metrazur to become one of New York City’s most beautiful wedding destinations.

In 2004, tired of the daily grind, Cloe traded her metro card for flip-flops and relocated to sunny Sarasota. She became a member of the Longboat Key Club & Resort fmaily in April 2005 as the Catering Assistant. By February 2006, Cloe had accepted a new position as Catering Sales Manager where she continues to enjoy each and every opportunity to plan destination & local weddings, member social events and corporate functions.

In addition to her position as Catering Sales Manager, Cloe is also proud mom to Sasha Rochelle who will be celebrating her 4th birthday in November.

It was in her hometown of Pittsburgh Pa., where Bonnie realized her passion for food and entertainment. Growing up Bonnie enjoyed preparing family meals such as Thanksgiving Dinner to perfecting her “biscuits n gravy” for breakfast. It was a natural move for Bonnie to begin her culinary journey with an education at the International Culinary Academy / Le Cordon Bleu. With an associates degree in Culinary Arts Bonnie received the honor of accepting a position at Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion owned and operated by the internationally acclaimed, James Beard award winning Chef, Roy Yamaguchi. It was in his kitchen in Tampa, FL where Bonnie discovered her true passion for expressing herself creatively with food. As well, Bonnie discovered her other passion, husband and Roy’s Chef, Ryan Kelly! The two met and fell in love and were married in 2004.

The Kelly newlyweds moved to Dallas, Texas as Chef Ryan Kelly accepted the position as Executive Chef/ Partner of Roy’s Plano, TX. It was there in Dallas that Bonnie fell in love with a local celebrity caterer’s operation, George Catering and knew she had found her niche … catering and designing Special Events!

In 2006 The Kelly’s returned to Florida so that Chef Kelly could assist with the opening of Roy’s Sarasota. Bonnie accepted a position as a wedding rental sales associate at Rent-All-City where she continued to learn about special events and event design. Bonnie found herself longing to once again be involved with catering and so accepted a position as Catering Assistant at the Longboat Key Club & Resort in January 2008.

Bonnie has become affectionately know as the self proclaimed “wedding dork” and truly loves her position assisting Brides plan their dream weddings!
